This project showcases the application of high-performance PVC plastic formwork in a mid-rise residential building development. Located in a humid coastal environment, the construction required a durable, reusable, and moisture-resistant formwork solution to ensure structural precision and reduce material waste.

PVC plastic formwork was selected for its excellent dimensional stability, lightweight handling, and high reusability rate. During the construction process, the system significantly improved on-site efficiency by reducing assembly time and minimizing reliance on heavy lifting equipment. The smooth surface finish of the formwork also eliminated the need for extensive plastering, resulting in a cleaner concrete finish and reduced post-processing costs.

Compared with traditional wooden formwork, the PVC system achieved over 50 reuse cycles while maintaining structural integrity and consistent performance. This led to a notable reduction in overall project costs and construction waste, aligning with sustainable building practices.
