This project showcases the successful application of hollow plastic formwork in a large-scale reinforced concrete structure. The system was used for slab and wall casting, providing a lightweight, durable, and reusable alternative to traditional plywood and timber formwork.

During construction, the hollow plastic formwork demonstrated excellent strength and stability while significantly reducing material handling effort on-site. Its modular design allowed for quick installation and precise alignment, improving overall construction efficiency and reducing labor time.

One of the key advantages observed in this project was the smooth concrete finish achieved after demolding. The non-absorbent surface of the hollow plastic panels prevented water loss from concrete, ensuring better curing quality and minimizing surface defects such as honeycombing and cracking.

In addition, the system proved highly cost-effective due to its high reuse rate and resistance to deformation, moisture, and corrosion. The panels were easily cleaned and reused across multiple cycles without performance degradation.
