Our hollow plastic formwork is a professional construction material designed for concrete pouring projects, suitable for various construction scenarios including high-rise buildings, residential buildings, bridges, tunnels, and hydraulic engineering. Made of high-quality polypropylene (PP) combined with macromolecule nano-technology, it is an eco-friendly and energy-saving alternative to traditional wood, steel, and bamboo-wood composite formwork. The hollow structure is scientifically designed to balance strength and weight, ensuring stable performance during concrete pouring while being easy to handle. The formwork features a smooth surface that ensures the concrete surface is flat and tidy after demoulding, reducing the need for subsequent finishing work. It is available in standard sizes such as 915×1830mm and 1220×2440mm, and can be customized according to specific project requirements to meet different construction needs.

The main material of our hollow plastic formwork is high-purity polypropylene (PP), which has excellent physical and chemical properties, including good impact resistance and wear resistance. The melting point of PP material is up to 167℃, and the Vicat softening temperature is around 150℃, enabling it to maintain stable performance in high-temperature construction environments. The formwork has a water absorption rate close to 0, so it will not delaminate, bubble or deform even after long-term exposure to moisture or water immersion, making it suitable for use in humid or outdoor construction sites. The Shore hardness of the formwork reaches 75, and it has good compression resistance, which can bear the pressure of concrete pouring without obvious deformation. It can be sawn, nailed, drilled and cut easily, compatible with wood, steel, aluminum and other construction materials, and can be flexibly matched with existing construction tools and processes.

Compared with traditional formwork, our hollow plastic formwork has practical advantages that bring real value to construction projects. Firstly, it is lightweight, which is much lighter than steel formwork and easier to carry and install manually, without the need for large hoisting equipment, helping to reduce labor intensity and save about 20% of labor costs compared with plywood formwork. Secondly, it has a long service life and can be reused more than 50 times under normal maintenance, which is much higher than wood and bamboo-wood composite formwork, effectively reducing the amortization cost of formwork for long-term or large-scale projects. Thirdly, it is eco-friendly and energy-saving, requiring no wood cutting or toxic chemical adhesives during production, and can be recycled and reprocessed after reaching the service life, avoiding resource waste and environmental pollution. In addition, the formwork has good weather resistance and corrosion resistance, and can be used in special projects such as coastal areas and mines without additional anti-corrosion treatment; its smooth surface does not require release agent during use, and can be cleaned easily with high-pressure water, reducing maintenance work and related costs.
