The wooden cylindrical formwork adopts high-quality multi-layer plywood, with 7-18 plies (depending on specifications) that undergo high-temperature and high-pressure molding to ensure strong bonding strength and structural stability. The surface is covered with double-sided epoxy resin film or phenolic film, which enhances water resistance, wear resistance, and demolding performance, ensuring that the concrete surface after demolding is smooth and flat, reaching the clear water concrete effect without secondary plastering. The formaldehyde emission meets E0/E1/E2 standards, complying with international environmental protection requirements and ensuring a safe construction environment. The inner diameter ranges from 200mm to 4200mm, the thickness is 12mm-22mm with a tolerance of ±0.5mm, and the standard length is 2400mm or 3000mm, which can be adjusted according to project requirements. The connection adopts a unique concave-convex groove design, ensuring tight joints to prevent slurry leakage and mold expansion during concrete pouring, while the bonding strength reaches grade Ⅱ or Ⅲ, and the product has passed CE, ISO 9001, FSC, and CARB international certifications, guaranteeing reliable quality.

Our wooden cylindrical formwork offers numerous advantages that significantly improve construction efficiency and reduce project costs. Firstly, it is lightweight— a 1-meter diameter, 3-meter high formwork weighs only about 40kg, allowing 2-3 workers to complete installation and disassembly manually without relying on tower cranes or other large equipment, which saves mechanical rental costs and shortens the construction period by more than 70% compared to steel formwork. A team of workers can install 10-16 columns in 8 hours, realizing the process of "installation today, pouring today, and demolding tomorrow". Secondly, it has strong flexibility and can be freely cut and drilled to adapt to complex construction scenarios, avoiding the need for additional processing and reducing on-site adjustment time. Thirdly, it has excellent molding effect— the seamless concave-convex groove connection and smooth film surface ensure that the concrete column has high roundness, accurate geometry, and no honeycombs or pitting, eliminating the need for secondary finishing and saving labor and material costs for surface repair. Fourthly, it has good reusability, with a turnover rate of 8-10 times, and can be extended by regular maintenance such as applying release agent, which greatly reduces the material cost compared to steel formwork (the price is about 1/3 of steel formwork). Finally, the wood material has good air permeability, which enables full hydration of concrete, especially suitable for winter construction, and has strong pressure-bearing capacity, ensuring no mold expansion or slurry leakage during pouring.
