The black film faced plywood is manufactured using advanced hot-pressing technology and strict quality control standards to ensure consistent performance and structural integrity. The core material is selected from high-density wood veneers, including poplar, birch, eucalyptus, or mixed core, which are cross-laminated to enhance stability and prevent deformation. The surface is covered with a high-quality black phenolic resin film, which is bonded to the core through high temperature and pressure to form a seamless, protective barrier. The adhesive used is WBP (Water Boil Proof) phenolic resin glue, ensuring excellent water resistance and preventing delamination even in harsh weather conditions or prolonged exposure to moisture.
Key technical parameters include a density range of 550-750 kg/m³ and a moisture content of 8%-12%, ensuring dimensional stability and durability. The thickness ranges from 9mm to 30mm, with a thickness tolerance of ±0.3-0.5mm and flatness error of ≤0.1mm/m², meeting high-precision splicing requirements for formwork applications. The black phenolic film has a thickness of 0.3-0.5mm, providing superior abrasion resistance and chemical resistance, capable of withstanding temperatures up to 120°C and remaining stable in a pH range of 3-11. The plywood is certified by FSC, CE, CARB, and ISO 9001, ensuring compliance with global quality and environmental standards.

Additionally, the plywood boasts high structural strength and load-bearing capacity, with a bending strength exceeding 30 MPa and the ability to withstand lateral pressures up to 35 kN/m², making it suitable for heavy-duty applications like truck flooring, warehouse platforms, and large-scale concrete formwork.
