Our PVC plastic formwork is a high-performance, eco-friendly construction material designed to replace traditional plywood, steel, and bamboo formwork. Made from premium polyvinyl chloride (PVC) compounds, it serves as a temporary mold for casting concrete structures, shaping walls, columns, slabs, beams, tunnels, and bridges until the concrete hardens and gains sufficient strength. Suitable for both residential, commercial, and large-scale infrastructure projects, our PVC plastic formwork combines durability, versatility, and cost-effectiveness to meet the diverse needs of modern construction sites. Unlike traditional formwork materials, it features a smooth, non-porous surface that ensures a high-quality concrete finish, eliminating the need for additional plastering or surface remediation. Available in various standard sizes and customizable specifications, it can be easily cut, sawn, nailed, and drilled with common woodworking tools, making it adaptable to different project designs and requirements. As a green and sustainable construction solution, it contributes to forest conservation by reducing reliance on timber and is 100% recyclable, aligning with global energy conservation and environmental protection trends.

Our PVC plastic formwork is engineered with strict quality control to ensure optimal performance and durability in harsh construction environments. The primary material is high-density PVC, which provides excellent structural strength and resistance to external factors. The standard density ranges from 0.6 to 0.9 g/cm³ (±2%), with a standard density of 0.7 g/cm³ (±2%), and can be customized according to customer requirements. The surface hardness reaches 80-90 Shore D, ensuring strong impact resistance and preventing deformation or damage during construction and demolding. In terms of dimensions, the PVC plastic formwork shares the same sizes as conventional plywood formwork for easy replacement and compatibility. The most popular standard sizes are 1220mm × 2440mm (48” × 96”) with nominal thicknesses of 12mm (1/2”), 15mm (5/8”), and 18mm (3/4”), while the maximum width can reach 1250mm, length can be customized without limits, and thickness can be up to 22mm. The dimensional tolerance is precise, with a diagonal tolerance below 3mm and overall dimensions accurate to ±0.1mm, ensuring consistent alignment and geometry in concrete structures.
The product exhibits excellent environmental adaptability, maintaining stability in temperatures ranging from -40℃ to +70℃ without shrinking, swelling, cracking, or becoming brittle, even in cold winter conditions. It is 100% waterproof, alkali-resistant, acid-resistant, and chemical-resistant, making it suitable for use in rainy, snowy, or humid environments without degradation. Additionally, it has a static bending intensity of ≥20MPa, an elasticity modulus of ≥1444MPa, and a Charpy impact strength of 27.9 kJ/m², exceeding industry standards to withstand heavy concrete loads (up to 2.5 tons/m³) during construction. The water absorption rate is as low as 2.1%, and it achieves B1 grade flame retardancy, enhancing on-site safety.

Our PVC plastic formwork offers numerous advantages over traditional formwork materials, delivering significant value to construction projects in terms of cost, efficiency, quality, and sustainability.Cost-Effective: With a reuse rate of at least 50 times in simple wooden structures and up to 100 times in premium metal structures, it outperforms plywood formwork (which can only be reused 3-10 times), reducing the need for frequent material replacement and lowering long-term formwork costs. It eliminates the need for form release agents, saves cleaning and labor costs as it does not stick to concrete in the first ten uses, and can be easily cleaned with just a mop and water, further reducing labor expenses. Additionally, used PVC formwork can be recycled and sold at a higher price than plywood, creating additional value.Efficient Construction: The lightweight design (much lighter than steel formwork and slightly lighter than plywood) allows for easy handling and transportation, reducing physical strain on workers and speeding up assembly and disassembly processes. Its compatibility with standard plywood formwork sizes means no changes to existing construction processes or tools, ensuring seamless integration into project workflows. The smooth surface ensures quick demolding, shortening construction cycles and improving project efficiency.High-Quality Finish: The smooth, non-porous surface of the PVC formwork produces a glossy, fair-faced concrete finish, eliminating the need for secondary plastering and reducing finishing work and costs. Its precise dimensional stability ensures consistent concrete structure geometry, avoiding uneven surfaces or misalignment and improving overall project quality.Eco-Friendly & Safe: By replacing timber formwork, it helps save forest resources and promotes sustainable construction practices. It is 100% recyclable, generating no waste and reducing environmental impact. The product is free of formaldehyde and dust, creating a healthier construction environment, and its flame-retardant, waterproof, and corrosion-resistant properties enhance on-site safety by reducing fire and damage risks.
Durable & Versatile: It resists moisture, corrosion, UV rays, and chemical damage, maintaining performance in harsh construction environments and ensuring a long service life. It can be customized into flat or curved forms to meet the needs of various structures, including columns, walls, slabs, bridges, and tunnels, making it suitable for a wide range of construction projects.
